for the Professional Rescuer                              Ages 15 & up

This course will teach the skills needed to appropriately respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies including the use of an Automated External Defibrillator for victims of sudden cardiac arrest. Upon successful completion of required skills, and a written test, the participant will receive certification for one year. (Max: 10           Min: 6)

You must be at least 16 years old to be AED certified in the state of NJ,
anyone under 16 will receive CPR Pro certification.

Guard Start Ages 11 to 14 $40 Member $60 Non-Member

This American Red Cross program is designed for the Level 6 swimmer. Water safety skills, using the rescue tube and backboard, will be developed. This class is preparation for the young pool lifeguard-to-be. Participants must be strong swimmers.
