Masters Swim                     $8 Members/$12 Non-Member (per session)

Indoor Pool                                Book of Masters Swim Passes   10 for $100

                                                                                 (Buying a book of passes saves you $20!!)

 

Workouts will be available for A, B & C Level swimmers.  Classes will include individual lessons, distance, sprint and interval training, pyramid workout and stroke development.  All levels of swimmers are encouraged to participate.  Train 1, 2 or 3 times a week.  Each swimmer can individualize their own schedule.

  Text Box: Competitive Swim Program I & III: $80  Member/$100  Non-Member Ages:  5 & up                                                    II: $70  Member/$90  Non-Member   (According to ability-Must be 5 at start of session)   This class is a developmental program that emphasizes stroke technique, starts and turns.  With enough participants, there will be intersquad team competitions.  If needed, this class will be broken into two groups with the second group going at a later time.   Instructor:  Allison Nemes Tuesday & Thursday;  6:30 - 7:20 PM; Place:  Indoor Pool;  (Max:  12   Min:  6) Session I:          Session II: Session III: (Code 140000-01)         (Code  140000-02) (Code  140000-03) Sept. 14 - Oct. 28       Nov. 4 - Dec. 16 Jan. 11 - Feb. 24       (No Class 11/25)
